We're Indiewire's Project of the Day!

Hello backers (and hopefully soon to be backers),

We’re almost at 30% and we have 39 days to go! Today we’re so happy to announce that SUMMIT has been chosen as Indiewire’s Project of the Day!  Please visit the link and “LIKE” it! Write some comments and vote for us when they open the vote for “Project of the Week.” The winning filmmaker will receive a digital distribution consultation from SnagFilms and will become a candidate for Project of the Month. That winner will be awarded with a consultation from the Sundance Institute!

This is huge news for us and hopefully will lead to more attention for us during this campaign!

Update #9: Behind the Scenes Photo

In February, we drove up to Haines Falls, NY to check out our very creepy production location and shoot the promo trailer. It was a full day from 7am to 11pm. Aside from it being FREEZING out, we had a lot of productive fun! Check out the photos!

Update #1: Another Way To Help

If we win, we’ll be able to put anywhere from $500 to $5,000 towards the $12,000 that we need. And, even if we get our $12,000 and then win, we’ll be able to put that little bit of money towards distribution fees once the film is finished!

SUMMIT Promotional Trailer

We scouted out a location for Christina’s feature, SUMMIT, last month and decided to use that opportunity as a way to shoot a promo trailer for the film to show what we’re capable of with no budget and give people a taste of the tone of the film for crowfunding purposes. We’ve decided to submit it to the International Trailer Festival. Hopefully we can win a little something to put towards the film’s funding!
